The legal structure is that of an association governed by the provisions of the French law of 1st July 1901. The LÉONARD DE VINCI ASSOCIATION was created and registered with the Prefecture of Hauts-de-Seine on 10th May 1994. It also holds the status of a private technical education institution by virtue of a decision from the Rector of the Academy of Versailles dated 9th February 1995.
