Noor UL Ain is an Assistant Professor of Information Systems Management at EMLV business school. She holds a PhD degree in management studies from Ca' Foscari University of Venice, Italy. During PhD, she visited Mannheim Business School, Turku School of Economics, and Eindhoven University of Technology as a visiting researcher. In addition, she worked as post-doctoral fellow, as part of the Interreg Central European project, at Ca' Foscari University of Venice, Italy. She also worked as a research associate at University of Malaya, Malaysia. Her research interests lie in the area of management information system (IS), exploring behavioural aspects in IS use and success, digital innovation and transformation, digital learning, and digital platform use. Her research work has been published in Decision support systems, Information Technology & People, Information Development, and Behaviour & Information Technology.

abstract = {Purpose - Grounded in the Social Exchange theory, this study focuses on the perception of digital leadership
and innovative work behaviors. It also examines the complex effects of leader-member exchange, learning
orientation, and innovation capabilities.
Design/methodology/approach - We undertake a quantitative approach using a two-wave longitudinal
field survey of 440 employees and managers from various backgrounds working in the automobile industry in
France.
Findings - The findings based on Structural Equation Modeling reveal that the perception of digital
leadership leads to innovative work behavior while leader-member exchange moderates between the
perception of digital leadership and learning orientation. The findings also support the mediating roles of
learning orientation and innovation capabilities.
Originality/value - The study contributes important policy suggestions, raises queries for additional
investigation, and suggests theoretical and practical implications for leadership and organizational
environmental factors to foster innovative work behaviors in organizations.},

Data were collected through a quantitative online survey involving 316 Amazon eShoppers of tech products from the European region. The confirmatory factor analysis results validated the second-order reflective justice construct, encompassing distributive, procedural, and interactional
dimensions. Furthermore, the structural relationship results revealed (i) justice and security have a significant impact on eShoppers' satisfaction; (ii) a significant relationship exists between word of mouth, satisfaction, and eShoppers' complaint intention. This framework contributes to the existing knowledge base and offers valuable insights for stakeholders in the eCommerce DSC.},

Purpose
Examines how perceived knowledge quality influences researchers' satisfaction with academic social media (ASM) site use, perceived learning from use, and loyalty toward the site.
Design/methodology/approach
Built upon the theoretical grounding of the information system success framework, it was hypothesized that satisfaction, perceived learning, and loyal behavior toward an ASM site are all functions of the perceived quality of knowledge obtained. Data were collected by online survey from 348 researchers registered on ResearchGate and subjected to SmartPLS structural equation modeling, bootstrapping, and blindfolding.
Findings
The hypothesized relationships were supported. Perceived knowledge quality significantly influences researchers' satisfaction with ASM site use, and satisfaction affects perceived learning and researchers' loyalty with the ASM site.
Research limitations/implications
Identification of the relationship between perceived knowledge quality and ASM site success extends the study of ASM sites from description of usage patterns to understanding the effect of content quality on important outcomes of use.
Practical implications
ASM sites rely on the quality of knowledge contributed by their members for satisfaction, loyalty, and perceptions of value. The ongoing success of an ASM requires directed attention to quality knowledge provision.
Originality/value
This paper contributes a simplified DeLone & McLean information system success framework for studies of content quality. It also provides fresh insights into ASM site usage through a focus on the role of perceived knowledge quality in forming satisfaction, learning, and loyalty.},

seeking ways to leverage value from the implemented systems. However, prior studies do not have any comprehensive study that discusses the issues and challenges related to adoption, utilization and success of BI
systems. In this study, using a systematic literature review, we present comprehensive knowledge about what has
been found in the domain of BI system adoption, utilization and success. A total of 111 peer-reviewed studies,
covering three categories - adoption, utilization and success - published between 2000 and 2019, were selected.
The findings present the research methods, underpinning theories and key factors employed to study BI system
adoption, utilization and success. In addition, the review identified the key issues related to BI adoption, utilization and success and highlighted the areas that have attracted more or less attention. This study also suggests
future directions for researchers and practitioners in terms of unexplored themes that may help organizations to

abstract = {In this study the perceived value construct of the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT2) is investigated in the context of a learning management system (LMS), in which the construct is redefined from its original price value conceptualization. It was found that many researchers simply ignore the price value construct when applying the UTAUT2 model in technology use studies in the educational context. This study extends the UTAUT2 framework by integrating the learning value construct and provides fresh insight about predictors of students' intentions towards LMS and its use. A quantitative research approach was employed by utilizing a closed-ended questionnaire to collect data from Malaysian university students who were users of LMS. Probability proportional stratified sampling was employed to select an appropriate sample. The results indicated a good measurement and structural model fit and suggested the significant influence of performance expectancy, social influence and learning value on students' intention towards LMS and also confirmed the influence of facilitating conditions and behavioral intention on LMS use. The extended UTAUT2 framework helps in understanding students' perceived value in the LMS context. Furthermore, this study will help institutions to consider the factors for successful implementation of an LMS in an academic setting.},

abstract = {This study explores the intrinsic and extrinsic features of Moodle learning managements system and how these features motivate students to use an e-learning portal, which subsequently influences their perceived learning effectiveness and academic performance. Theoretical underpinning of motivation theory, self-determination theory (SDT), and cognitive evaluation theory (CET) is used to design the framework. The quantitative empirical research to test the hypothesized relationships was conducted on 276 online students in Pakistan who use Moodle for online learning. By analysing the responses using AMOS, the findings reveal that both the intrinsic motivators (communication module features, course content module features and course delivery module features) and extrinsic motivator (assignment module feature) significantly influence the students' perceived learning effectiveness, which results in improve academic performance.},
